How to request deletion of your data
To request deletion of your Property Banana account and associated personal data, please email:

In your email, please include:

- 2The email address or mobile number associated with your Property Banana account
- 3A statement confirming that you would like your Property Banana account and associated personal data to be deleted
What happens next?
Once we receive your request, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where applicable.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or compliance purposes.
WhatsApp data
If you have communicated with Property Banana through WhatsApp, you may also request deletion of personal data associated with those communications by following the same process above.
Deleting your Property Banana data does not automatically delete messages or information stored within your own WhatsApp account. You can manage those separately through WhatsApp.
